The Office of Public Affairs has developed individual budget summary analyses for federal agencies that support research and development and public health programs.  The booklet includes the summaries and a chart outlining the FY 2008 budget requests for individual agencies including the National Institutes of Health, Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Homeland Security, National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the U.S. Geological Survey.  Analyses of the Department of Health and Human Services' bioterrorism and pandemic influenza programs are included in the booklet.
