Set up an account, click on the link to purchase a US Branch membership, and chose the Florida Branch.

Alternately, you may print this page and mail it with your name, address, and e-mail information to our treasurer Dr. William Safranek, 4635 Janet Road, Cocoa FL, 32926 and make checks or money orders payable to FLORIDA BRANCH ASM.

If you will be attending our annual meeting, you may include your membership with the registration form.

Membership dues for the Florida Branch are:  $ 20.00 for full membership
