Faculty
Enhancement Award Faculty who are first-time attendees of an SEBASM
conference (or who have not attended for the past 5 years) and who hold
appointments in biology, microbiology or general science departments at 2- or
4-year institutions, with an emphasis on teaching (not research), are
eligible to apply for an award to attend the 2009 SEBASM Conference. Faculty

Branch Awards: Deadlines and Guidelines
Nominations were due October 1 to Dr. Cindy Battie for full consideration. Packages must include: ● Cover
letter from SEB-ASM member nominating individual. Letter must include the
specific award in which the individual is being nominated and a statement of
accomplishments that makes him/her a suitable candidate for the award. ● At
least one and up to three supporting letters of recommendation. ● Nominee’s
CV ● (Optional)
