Membership Information
  Reasons you should join Northern California ASM
:
1. We're one of the largest and most active branches in the nation.
2. We offer 2 quality branch meetings a year.
a. The Spring meeting may be lecture or hands-on workshops.
b. The Fall meeting is a two or three day meeting with supplier
exhibits and social functions. This meeting is in a lecture
format and features local and nationally recognized renowned
speakers. (Generally 12 CEU's available)
3. We offer numerous regional meetings throughout northern California.
You can attend continuing education meetings even if you are
located in remote areas of California. Generally 1 - 3 CEU's are
available from each meeting.
4. Annual membership entitles you to NCASM sponsored CEU's
without charge.
5. Our members are some of the top microbiology professionals
in the state of California and nation.
6. We have an awesome website.
7. There is no hazing ritual for joining.
  What will it cost you for all of this? Full membership in NCASM is $25 a year. Student membership in NCASM is $ 5 a year. Your dues cover membership from: January 1 of the present year until December 31.   Would you like to join NCASM or renew your membership?

2. You may Renew your NCASM membership by either of two ways:

b. If you are renewing your membership, just mail your check
to Kathleen Slater. You do not need to fill out a renewal form unless
you need to update personal or professional information.
