Scientific Environment:

It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to do science as well as haveaccess to some of the most amazing natural beauty in the world. In additionto these wonderful sunsets, there are a number of Universities that carryout microbiology teaching and research. We have close interactions withindividuals from military and local hospitals throughout the islands. Thereare also a number of biotechnology companies that now call these islandshome.

Meetings:

We normally have at least two local ASM meetings throughout the year.These are usually scheduled for the Fall and Spring of each year. The currentschedule for our annual meetings and the designated speakers are below:
