Mission
Statement
The mission of the Missouri Valley Branch
of the ASM is to foster interaction among microbiologists in Oklahoma, Nebraska
and Kansas. We are a topically diverse group of researchers, and we
welcome participation from scientists interested in any area of microbiology.
Our annual meeting provides a venue
for graduate and undergraduate students to present their research and interact
with researchers from other institutions. This meeting offers a student-friendly,
relaxed environment. We welcome students at all levels to participate
and enhance their professional growth. Our meeting is co-hosted every
other year with the Missouri Branch of ASM.
