Micro Notes

The Board meets regularly at the beginning of every month. If you have a query you want discussed promptly during our meetings, be sure to send it before the close of each month.

To ease communication with our members, we have recently established an e-mail account. If you wish to communicate with the Board of Directors of the PRSM or with any of its committees you may send an e-mail to smpr50@gmail.com or you may fax us at (787) 759-8559.

We want to hear about your achievements. If you recently obtained an award, promotion, published an article, etc., please share it with us. We’ll be very pleased to include it in the next edition of our Newsletter. Furthermore, soon we’ll be sending a questionnaire to help us understand better the professional profiles of our membership and to know the areas of Microbiology that you are most interested in.

The Newsletter’s editor encourages the membership to send general interest collaborations in the area of Microbiology. These should be original contributions, written in English, no more than three double spaced pages for main articles or one double spaced page for short collaborations. They may include a photograph or diagram in black and white, relevant to the subject. The editor reserves the right to publish or edit the content to suit the available space.
