Annual Business Meeting
Public Health Division (Y) Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon
The Public Health Division Y annual meeting will be held during the ASM General meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah with President Dr. Carolyn Black presiding. The meeting will be held at 12pm on Wednesday May 22, 2002 in room 251 of the Salt Palace Convention Center. Thanks to our corporate sponsor Kimberly-Clark for providing lunch during this meeting.
The agenda will be full as Dr. Black will introduce new officers for the upcoming year, discuss plans for the upcoming General Meeting in 2003, solicit volunteers for the officer nominating committee, discuss the availability of student awards, and provide a brief overview of the Division website and list-serv.
Once again Division Y will hold a mixer, this year with Divisions F and Division U. (Bigger party, more fun!) The mixer will be held Monday May 20 at 7pm in the Savoy Room at the Grand America Hotel. Hope to see everyone there! See the May 2002 newsletter for pictures from last year’s mixer-a great time was had by all!
