Exhibitors are entitled to two (2) Exhibitor Full Conference badges for each 8'x10' booth purchased, which allows admittance into scientific sessions. Additional Exhibitior Full Conference badges may be purchased at the member/non-member registration rate during the Exhibitor Registration process on site. Additional Exhibitor Personnel badges may be purchased for $50 (allows entrance to the Exhibit Hall Only).
Exhibitors may pre-register for badges via Exhibitor Registration Online. Badges will be available for pick up during attendee registration hours.

Between January 26 and February 8, 2017, you will be able to make changes to badge names, but you will not be able to cancel and receive a refund. No refunds after January 26, 2017.
Organizations participating in the exhibition may cancel the lease of exhibit space reserved at any time with written notice to ASM Exhibits Management via postal mail or email.
The following schedule will be used when acknowledging the cancellation:
- Paid Exhibitor Full Conference badge cancelllations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before Thursday, January 26, 2017, to qualify for a refund less a $50 procesing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations/changes after this date.
- Paid Exhibitor Booth Personnel badge cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before Thursday, January 26, 2017, to qualify for a full refund. No refunds will be issues for cancellations/changes after this date.
