Substitution Policy Substitution of registration is permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Registration name badges are not transferable between participants on-site.
Cancellation Policy All conference cancellations must be in writing and must be emailed or postmarked by March 14, 2012. Requests must be submitted via email to asmconferences@experient-inc.com or by mail to ASM Conferences Registration, PO Box 3867, Frederick, MD 21705. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after March 14, 2012.
Badges All conference attendees are required to wear conference badges on-site at all times. Badges give you access to sessions, posters, social events and official conference meals.
