All attendees claiming CPE credit must enter their NABP e-Profile ID and date of birth prior to claiming CPE credit through the American Society for Microbiology’s CE Portal.  It is the responsibility of the pharmacist to provide the correct information [i.e. ID and DOB (in MMDD format)] in order to receive credit.
