ASM Women in Microbiology (asmwomeninmicro): The goal of this discussion group is to provide a forum for women involved in microbiology and mentors of women scientists to discuss topics of interest to women scientists, including networking and salary issues

Clinical Microbiology (clinmicronet): The clinmicronet is composed of an international group of clinical microbiology laboratory directors who openly and daily communicate with one another through this medium.  The criteria for membership in clinmicronet are a) member of ASM  (b Doctoral-level clinical microbiology laboratory director or laboratory manager with national standing and peer recognition.  To request a subscription please contact Mike Miller at jmm8@comcast.net.

One Health (onehealthinitiative): The purpose of the this listserv is to facilitated communication among those interested in the interface of human, animal and environmental health (One Health) by providing a discussion forum for the exchange of information and resources.

Division B– Microbial Pathogens (divbnet): DivBNet is an email based discussion group (listserv) which is maintained by the American Society for Microbiology.  This service is intended for individuals who work with, or have an interest in, Microbial Pathogens.  This forum may be used to discuss any topic related to microbial pathogens, ASM, ASM Division B, or other topics of interest to the membership.

Division C–Clinical Microbiology (divc):  The goal of the divc is to improve communication among clinical microbiology laboratories and ultimately, improve patient care.  This forum may be used to discuss any topic related to clinical microbiology, ASM, ASM Division C or other topics of interest to the membership.  Subscribers must be approved by the Divc moderator.

Microbiology Education (microedu): A discussion group to facilitate communication between educators to examine issues important to undergraduate and graduate microbiology education.

Mycobacteriology (mycobacteriology): This email based forum has been established in an effort for members of the scientific community to exchange communications and to have access to specialized information in the area of mycobateriology.
