ASM Urges Members to Support Petition Calling for United Nations to Collaborate to Combat Antimicrobial Resistance
The American Society for Microbiology will be participating in a September 21 meeting of the United Nations General Assembly to discuss how countries can cooperate to address antimicrobial resistance (AMR). We urge ASM members to join the petition being circulated by IDSA on Change.org calling for the United Nations to work together to combat antimicrobial resistance in preparation for the meeting to discuss the topic.
