Establish an Immunology Fellowship Program

In order to establish a postgraduate fellowship program in immunology, an application must be submitted for review.  A complete application consists of:

  • A completed application form that includes brief biographical sketches of all principal staff members and is signed by the chief administrator
  • A letter stating adherence to the ASM Code of Ethics
  • Program's training rotation objectives
  • A self-evaluation detailing strengths and weaknesses of the immunology program
  • $1,200.00 accreditation fee and payment of site visit team's expenses (These fees are invoiced and paid after the site visit.)
