ExhibitsASM exhibits, an integral and vital part of ASM's Scientific Programs, traditionally occur at each of its two annual meetings: the General Meeting in the Spring and ICAAC (Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy) in the Fall. The floor plans for both meetings are designed to ensure traffic in all aisles and include poster sessions during the lunch hours, an attendee lounge with complimentary refreshments, the very popular Publisher's Park, food courts, and various other traffic generators according to the specificities of the hall. ASM markets its exhibits to 46,000 scientists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals throughout the year. Exhibits are promoted in various publications prior to the show, advertising is available in the Exhibit Guide (advance mailed to each registered attendee), and exhibitors and their booths appear on the General Meeting and ICAAC web pages. An Exhibit Prospectus is published approximately nine months before each meeting. Detailed demographics of previous shows, a list of previous exhibitors, and information on booth rental and fees, activities and events, attendance, sponsorships, and other marketing opportunities are included. If you have questions or would like to be placed on the exhibit mailing list, please email exhibitsinfo@asmusa.org or call 202-942-9240.
