Sunrise Seminar Questions
You may submit your questions to the presenters in the Sunrise Seminars using the mailboxes listed. Questions will be consolidated prior to the meeting and used to guide the presenters in each session.

Abstract and Poster Information

 

Posters have been scheduled and assigned to their poster boards. Presenters were sent an email advising them of their poster location on April 21. Each poster board is 4' (1.2 m) tall by 8' (2.4 m) wide. The entire surface is available for use.

 

New Workshop Added Due to popular demand, a one-day, non-laboratory version of the Workshop entitled, "Rapid Cycle, Real-Time PCR for the Clinical Microbiology Laboratory" has been added to the Saturday Workshop Schedule. In addition, the laboratory portion of the workshop has been restructured to allow additional registrants. For details, use the Workshop link below.

NOTE: If you attempted to register for the two-day PCR workshop (or contacted the ASM staff) between January 6 and January 15, 2003 and were told there was no space available, please re-contact ExpoExchange about registering for the workshop.

ExpoExchange is no longer able to take your hotel reservation requests. They have transferred registration information to the hotels who are currently confirming rooming lists. The hotels should be prepared to accept individual rooming requests by May 7.

• Student Travel Grants Awardees will be identified on March 8, 2003
• Early (Discounted) Preregistration closes on March 14, 2003
