Join Smithsonian staff for a tour of Outbreak: Epidemics in a Connected World, an exhibit at the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH). This ASM-supported exhibit uses the concept that environmental, animal and human health are connected (dubbed ‘One Health’) to explore the origins and spread of zoonotic viral diseases. Learn more about how outbreaks happen, the expertise needed to combat them, and efforts to predict and prevent the next one. Transportation is not provided, but NMNH is Metro accessible (Tysons to Federal Triangle, 5 min walk). There is no admission cost.
