The 2018 ASM Biothreats meeting, held February 12–14 at the Hilton Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland, will unite nearly 800 high-level decision makers to discuss a wide-range of biological threats and emerging infectious diseases. Exhibit Fees

The standard exhibit available at the 2018 ASM Biothreats meeting is 8' x 10'. Full payment must be received to reseve an exhibit booth. 

  • Inline Booth: $2,100
  • Corner Booth: $2,200

Exhibit Benefits 

Each 8' x 10' space is equipped with an 8' backwall drape and 3' sidewall drapes and the following items: 

  • 8' backwall drape and 3' sidewall drapes
  • One (1) 6' draped table 
  • Two (2) chairs
  • One (1) waste basket
  • One (1) 7" x 44" booth identification sign
  • Two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Full Conference badges for each 8’ x 10’ space purchased, which allow admittance to the exhibit hall and scientific sessions. Additional Exhibitor Full Conference badges may be purchased at the attendee member/non-member registration dee. Additional Exhibitor Hall Personnel  badges for entry to the exhibit hall only may be purchased for $100 each.
  • Two (2) complimentary Exhibit Hall Only day badges to invite customers/clients.
  • Complimentary listings on the ASM Biothreats website, Final Program, and mobile app
  • One (1) complimentary ASM Biothreats Final Program per exhibiting company

Monday, February 12

3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (Booth set-up) 

Tuesday, February 13

10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Exhibit hours) 

Wednesday, February 14

10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Exhibit hours)
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Booth dismantle)

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors may cancel the lease of exhibit space or reduce the exhibit space reserved by submitting a written request to the ASM at rrodela@asmusa.org. The following schedule will be used when acknowledging a cancellation or reduction: 

  • Booth cancellation or a booth reduction request received by December 11, 2017, will receive a refund, less a 10% processing fee of total exhibit space reserved.
  • Booth cancellation or a booth reduction request received after December 11, 2017, and before January 5, 2018, will receive a refund, less a 50% processing fee of total exhibit space reserved. 
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations or reductions after Friday, January 5, 2018. 
  • ASM reserves the right to resell any cancelled exhibit space without notification to the cancelling party.
