Exhibit Hall Only Guest Program
New to CVS 2018, exhibitors looking to bring non-registered customers or clients into the Exhibit Hall for one designated day can now do so through this new program. Each exhibitor will receive two (2) Exhibit Hall Only Guest Badges per 10' x 10' booth. Registration for this program will open April 5, 2018.

Cancellation Policy 

Organizations participating in the exhibition may cancel the lease of exhibit space or reduce the exhibit space reserved at any time with written notice to ASM Exhibits Management via postal mail, email, or fax. The following schedule will be used when acknowledging booth cancellations:

  • Booth cancellation requests received by January 12, 2018, will receive a refund of fees paid less a 10% processing fee of total exhibit space reserved.
  • Booth cancellation requests received after January 12, 2018 and before March 5, 2018 will receive a refund of 50% of the total exhibit space reserved.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after March 5, 2018.
  • If an exhibitor cancels their exhibit space after March 5, 2018, they will be responsible for paying any unpaid balance, if one exists.


Reduction Policy

Organizations participating in the exhibition may reduce the lease of exhibit space at any time with written notice to ASM via postal mail or email. The following schedule will be used when acknowledging booth reduction: 

  • Booth reduction requests received by December 15, 2017, will require a penalty payment of 10% of total exhibit space reserved. 
  • Booth reduction requests received after December 15, 2017, and before February 5, 2018, will require a penalty payment of 50% of the total exhibit space reserved. 
  • No refunds will be made for reductions received after February 5, 2018.
