Attendee Registration

The ASMCUE registration fee includes all conference materials and most attendee meals, including dinner and the welcome reception on Thursday, breakfast, lunch, and heavy hors d'oeuvres (reception) on Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. Please note: Saturday dinner is on your own and no meals are provided on Sunday.

Guest Registration: Guest registration is available at $400 per person. The guest must be associated with a registered participant. Guest registration does not include access to conference sessions, but does include all conference meals.

Pay it Forward! 
Attendees can "pay it forward" when registering and make a donation to the ASMCUE travel grant fund. Help support a colleague's attendance at the conference!

Member Rates

To be eligible for member rates, membership numbers that are current for 2017 must be included when registering. Membership numbers are verified by the registration company.

Checks/ Money Orders must be made payable to ASMCUE (American Society for Microbiology Conference for Undergraduate Educators). When paying with a check or money order, attendees must first complete the online registration and indicate that they are paying with a check/money order. Once complete, attendees must print the online registration invoice, attach payment and mail by June 30, 2017. Checks received without registration documents will be returned for correct processing. Purchase orders are not permitted. A participant is not considered to be registered until the payment is received. 

The Federal Tax ID number for ASM is 38-1616141. 

Wire transfers are not accepted. 

Cancellation Policy

The deadline for requesting a registration refund is June 27, 2016. A refund minus a $100 processing fee will be issued for all cancellations received by June 27. No refunds will be granted after June 27, 2016.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Related Service Requirement 

Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you require services or aids to participate fully in ASMCUE, during the registration process, please select the type(s) of service and indicate any specific needs. An ASM representative will be in contact with you to schedule services. Please note a detailed itinerary is required to facilitate the scheduling of services. Requests for services should be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the meeting in order for ASM to arrange for services and/or aids.

Dietary Restrictions 

During the registration process, attendees may indicate if they have any special dietary needs.

Guests

Guests may not attend scientific sessions but will have access to exhibits, poster, and the receptions during the meeting. Guest fees do apply.

Badge Policies

Badges will only be issued to the attendee of record upon presentation of government-issued photo identification, such as driver's license or passport. Meeting attendees are required to wear conference badges on-site at all times. Badges give you access to sessions, posters, social events and official conference meals. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have your badge at all times.

Registration Materials

All registered attendees will receive registration materials on site. No materials will be mailed prior to the conference.
